Waha Capital to hold its Annual General Assembly Meeting 2020 at its offices in Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, 15 March 2020- In light of the recent restrictions on the use of hotel premises in Abu Dhabi, the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has approved the company’s proposal to hold its Annual General Assembly Meeting on Sunday, 22 March at 3 pm at Waha Capital’s offices in Etihad Towers, Tower 3, Level 43 instead of the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi hotel.
