Our Mission

We see sustainability as integral to our resilience and growth. Our commitment aligns with the UAEs strategy for a diversified, sustainable economy, reducing reliance on hydrocarbons. We support national initiatives like the UAE Green Agenda 2015-2030, UAE Energy Strategy 2050, and the UAE Pathway to Net Zero by 2050.

Our Vision

As a key player in Abu Dhabis financial sector, we adhere to policies such as Abu Dhabi Vision 2030, aiming for a high-value, sustainable economy. We also back the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority’s Master Plan for Sustainable Markets prioritize training our employees on sustainability issues, trends, best practices, and sustainable finance.

Scholarship Program

In 2023, the Company established a scholarship program to cover tuition, living expenses, and other costs for one student annually throughout their undergraduate course. Open to UAE nationals and residents, scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence and financial need. The program focuses on degrees in finance, mathematics, or economics, with graduates offered employment opportunities with the Company. Additionally, the Company plans to launch the undergraduate scholarship program in Q2 2024, with details forthcoming.

Corporate Governance

Our Corporate Governance Framework sets the tone for how corporate governance should be addressed and conducted throughout our group companies pursuant to a group corporate governance structure. Through this framework, the Company is able to ensure that, among other things, its corporate governance standards are also adhered to by all of its group companies.
